Can I request a custom design that’s not shown?


Yes! If you have a special idea, just reach out and I'll do my best to create it for you.

Can I see a preview before you start stitching?

Yes, I will always send you mock up design first for your approval prior to stitching, so please keep an eye on your emails

How long will my order take to make?

Typical processing time is 5-7 working days before shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

How is my order packaged?

Each pillow comes in an elegant organza bag with eco-friendly packaging — ready for gifting.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each piece is personalized and handmade to order, I generally cannot accept returns or exchanges.

What if there’s a mistake with my order?

If the mistake is mine, I’ll happily replace or fix your order free of charge. If incorrect personalization details were provided by the customer, I’m unable to offer a replacement.
