Shipping policy
I offer free standard shipping on all UK orders. For international orders, I offer free standard shipping on orders over £75.
Processing Time
All items are handmade and personalised to order. Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days before dispatch. Processing times begin once all personalisation details (and any required design approvals) have been received. Delays in responding to messages may extend processing times. During peak periods (such as Christmas and holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times & Rates
- Domestic (within the UK): Estimated delivery in 3-6 business days (including processing time). Free standard shipping on all orders.
- United States: Estimated delivery in 7-10 business days (including processing time). Free shipping on orders over £75. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and include all tariffs and import fees, so you won’t have any extra charges upon delivery.

International (outside the US and the UK): Estimated delivery in 8-15 business days (including processing time). Free shipping on orders over £75. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and do not include customs duties, taxes, or fees, which may be charged by your local customs office.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers (excluding US customers) are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes that may apply. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost. For US customers, the product price or shipping cost includes tariffs and import fees.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to postal service disruptions, customs processing, or peak seasonal demand.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at daisy@daisyxstitch.com within 5 business days of delivery, and we will work with you to find a solution.
