All physical items in this store are made to order and personalised. If you have any questions about your order, please get in touch at daisy@daisyxstitch.com.

Returns & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact me within 30 days if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

If your item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or if a mistake has been made on my part (for example, incorrect personalisation, colour, or design), I will happily replace your order free of charge or provide a full refund if you prefer.

If incorrect personalisation details were provided, or if you are unhappy with your item for any reason, please get in touch within 30 days of delivery. I am committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution. Please note that each case is reviewed individually due to the personalised nature of the items.

Please double-check all spelling, dates, and personalisation details before placing your order.

Refunds
Refunds are issued in cases where an item is damaged, defective, or where I have made an error and you have chosen not to receive a replacement.

If incorrect personalisation details were provided, or if you are unhappy with your item, I will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include a refund depending on the circumstances.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Exceptional Circumstances
In the rare event that I am unable to fulfil your order, I reserve the right to cancel it. You will be promptly notified and a full refund will be issued.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Under EU consumer law, customers normally have the right to cancel or return orders within 14 days. However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

As all items in this shop are customised and made to order, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply.
